2 Loan Officers

Kazi Capital is hiring two Loan Officers to support its lending operations in Kampala. This is an opportunity for finance and business professionals to play a hands-on role in growing a loan portfolio while delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilise and source new loan clients through active outreach and marketing.
• Evaluate loan applications, carry out client appraisals, and recommend appropriate lending decisions.
• Ensure all loan disbursements and client engagements comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Follow up on loan repayments and manage recovery of overdue accounts.
• Handle client onboarding processes and build lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain thorough reporting and documentation of all loan activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and retain clients.
• Experience in customer-facing or marketing roles is an advantage.
