Appraisal Officer

Kray Microfinance Limited is seeking a diligent Appraisal Officer to join its Iganga team. In this role, you will conduct accurate valuations of client assets and securities, providing informed recommendations that directly support sound loan approval decisions and the institution’s credit quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client assets and securities presented as collateral for loan applications.
• Determine accurate market valuations using established and approved appraisal methods.
• Prepare valuation reports and provide clear recommendations to support the loan approval process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a financial services environment, with exposure to credit or asset appraisal preferred.
• Sound analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of integrity and professional conduct.
