Key Responsibilities

• Pull and thaw food from freezer storage
• Check and record deliveries
• Rotate stock
• Monitor food quality and portioning
• Prepare cuts of beef, lamb and pork to recipes and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adherence to food safety regulations
