Clinic Manager

Lafab Solutions is looking for a driven and well-organised Clinic Manager to take charge of the daily operations at their clinic in Kampala. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare administration professional who combines strong financial acumen with a passion for delivering high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of all daily clinic operations.
• Supervise and support both clinical and administrative team members.
• Uphold high standards of patient care and customer experience.
• Manage patient billing, invoicing, collections, and financial reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, procurement, and inventory management for clinic supplies.
• Ensure the clinic remains compliant with all relevant healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to strengthen clinic performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of one year of management experience, ideally within a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Demonstrated experience in billing, financial record-keeping, or clinic revenue management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinic management or billing systems.
