Country Operations Manager

Litarm Consults is recruiting a Country Operations Manager for a client in the media space.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the in-country business end to end
• Lead Sales, Business Development, Operations and Finance
• Own the country’s sales and profitability targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field; a professional or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven senior leadership in country operations, commercial management or business development
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations and Finance
• OOH advertising, media, property, FMCG or telecoms experience is relevant
