Customer Service Representative (Fixed-term)

One Acre Fund is hiring a fixed-term Customer Service Representative in Mukono.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls from prospective and current customers professionally
• Record case details and actions accurately in the ticketing system
• Give clients information on One Acre Fund services, including inputs, payments and agricultural training
• Resolve cases on the first call where possible and escalate others within the agreed SLA
• Make outbound calls to farmers, group leaders and field officers to follow up on unresolved cases

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in contact centre operations and applications
• English and Luganda or Lusoga
• Passion for serving smallholder farmers
• Fast typing and computer skills in email, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
