FLORA is seeking a Customer Success and Product Project Manager to serve as a central coordination and execution layer across their Customer Success and Product Operations teams. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on driving delivery discipline, maintaining clarity across many concurrent workstreams, and ensuring that priorities set by leadership are consistently translated into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across Customer Success and Product teams, keeping timelines, dependencies, and deliverables clearly tracked
- Support CS and Product leaders in maintaining cross-functional alignment across all active initiatives
- Reinforce accountability by ensuring every initiative has clearly defined owners, scope, and tracking in place
- Act as a daily driving force to prevent work from stalling, ensuring meetings and decisions lead to clear next steps with ownership and follow-through
- Provide direct project management support across client programmes, product initiatives, and internal projects
- Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across a large volume of concurrent workstreams
- Identify risks early and escalate to maintain delivery timelines, supporting the removal of blockers across teams
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of the centralised documentation and tracking system for both CS and Product
- Ensure all initiatives are consistently recorded with clear scope, ownership, timelines, and status
- Coordinate with CS and Product leadership (EDs and GMs) to keep documentation current and complete
- Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into execution status, risks, and wins
- Ensure tools such as HubSpot, campaign platforms, and SharePoint are consistently used and kept up to date
- Identify recurring execution gaps and recommend improvements to workflows, systems, and coordination processes

- 2 to 5 or more years of experience in programme management, project management, or operations roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a consistent focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Experience with project management tools and CRMs such as HubSpot, JIRA, SharePoint, or SmartSheet is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Proactive and responsive, with sound judgement and the confidence to push for clarity and accountability
- Eager to learn and grow within an operational leadership track
