StarTimes Uganda is hiring a Direct Sales Representative to drive ground-level sales and customer development for its products.
About the Role
- End-customer development: ground promotion, market storming, and door-to-door sales in local streets and villages; conduct product demonstrations and drive sales directly to end-consumers.
- Basic work execution: carry out daily field pitching, prospect follow-ups, and on-site account activations to achieve daily sales targets.
- Direct cash collection: collect and reconcile payments from direct sales orders, ensuring all funds are secured, remitted on time, and accurately recorded.
- Professional ethics and discipline: maintain a positive, pragmatic work attitude and comply with company regulations; moonlighting or promoting competitor products is strictly prohibited.
