Fleet & Logistics Coordinator Trainee

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a Fleet & Logistics Coordinator Trainee across its sites in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle movement records of departures, destinations, drivers and return times
• Monitor GPS tracking for route deviations, long stops and delays
• Communicate schedules and updates to drivers and dispatch
• Prepare authorised fuel vouchers within company controls
• Log mileage and fuel data and file delivery documents such as signed waybills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, higher diploma, diploma or national diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related programmes; or a certificate or vocational qualification; strong UACE or UCE results are considered
• GPS tracking and route monitoring
• Spreadsheet skills and numeracy
