Gourmet Coffee-Barista

Marriott is hiring a Gourmet Coffee Barista in Kampala.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties, set up and stock work areas and keep equipment clean
• Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, collect payment and prepare food and coffee drinks
• Turn coffee makers and other appliances on and off at the right times
• Clean tables, dishes, utensils and work areas through the day
• Count the cash bank at the end of the shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in cashiering, food and coffee preparation and customer service
• Teamwork, attention to detail and physical stamina
