Graduate Management Trainee – Uganda

Nile Breweries Limited, part of AB InBev — one of the world’s largest brewing groups with operations in nearly 50 countries — is recruiting Graduate Management Trainees (GMTs) for its Uganda operations. The GMT Programme is a structured rotational scheme designed to identify and develop high-potential graduates into future business leaders, with a focus on Sales and Supply Chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational programme aligned to AB InBev’s strategic pillars: Lead and Grow the Category, Digitise and Monetise the Ecosystem, and Optimise the Business.
• Complete rotations in front-line Sales and Supply Chain teams, with additional placements based on business requirements.
• Work in field settings including field offices and brewery environments across Uganda.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, collaborate across functions, and bring problem-solving energy to daily challenges.
• Transition into a full-time placement in Sales or Supply Chain following successful completion of the rotational programme.

Requirements

• A recent bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (candidates may have a maximum of two years’ full-time work experience).
• Previous internship experience is an added advantage but not required.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Full geographic mobility and willingness to work across different locations and settings in Uganda.
• A collaborative, ambitious mindset with a genuine drive to grow into a leadership role within a global organisation.
