The programme offers hands-on experience, professional skills development, and the chance to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Division: HR & Corporate Sustainability

Required academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), Project Management, Journalism, or Communication.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025.
• UACE 18 Points or KCSE Mean Grade A-.
• GPA 4.0 or Upper Second Class Honours Degree.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CPS, CIM, CISA, CIPS) will be an added advantage.
