Graphic Designer

Noble Point Ltd, a Ugandan creative agency founded in 2012, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its team. The company works across print, photography, film, branding, web, and digital media — helping businesses, organisations, and development partners communicate their stories through high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual designs for both print and digital channels.
• Produce branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, marketing collateral, and reports.
• Design compelling social media graphics and assets for digital campaigns.
• Prepare print-ready artwork in line with production standards.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, marketers, and clients to deliver cohesive creative outputs.
• Uphold visual consistency and quality across all communications.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and take initiative on client projects.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously, managing time to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of hands-on graphic design experience; internship and freelance work will be considered.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical range, and versatility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, or video editing is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
