High Speed Bottling Line Supervisor

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a High Speed Bottling Line Supervisor in Nakasongola.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rotary rinsing, filling, capping, labelling and shrink wrapping to meet daily production targets safely
• Allocate shift tasks by operator competence and keep critical control points staffed
• Run structured shift handovers and stay visible on the floor
• Respond quickly to stoppages, line imbalances and quality deviations with maintenance and support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Electrical Engineering, Food Science and Technology or Operations Management; or an ordinary diploma in a related technical field with extensive industrial line experience
• Rotary filler line balancing and troubleshooting
• Shift reporting, operator management and coaching
