Mindbus Health Support Uganda is looking for an HR & Wellness Officer in Kampala to support its people and help build a healthy, supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR administration and staff welfare.
• Promote employee wellness and psychosocial support.
• Support team building and a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate wellbeing programmes and initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR is an added advantage.
• Based in Kampala; the vacancy announcement is open to applicants aged 25 and above.
