In Line Process Quality Auditor

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring an In-Line Process Quality Auditor in Nakasongola.

Key Responsibilities

• Run hourly line audits of bottle volumes, cap torque, label positioning and date codes
• Verify quality and compliance across processing and packaging to keep non-conforming products off the market
• Identify deviations early and work with production teams to keep process control
• Sample and inspect, and keep accurate technical records

Requirements

• BSc or higher degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Management, Packaging Technology or a closely related field; or a higher or ordinary diploma in related fields
• Torque gauge operation and statistical process control charting
• Defect identification and containment
