Information Technology Officer

NEMA is hiring an Information Technology Officer in Kampala to help run the Authority’s ICT services, networks and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and implementing work plans, budgets and divisional reports.
• Help manage NEMA’s ICT services and networks.
• Support departments and staff with ICT assistance, skills and knowledge.
• Assist with acquiring and maintaining ICT hardware and software.
• Help manage network and internet facilities across the organisation, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• An honours bachelor’s degree in information and communication technology or computer engineering.
• Good analytical, planning, communication and teamwork skills, along with high integrity.
