Background

The Government of Uganda is implementing the Uganda Strengthening Public Investment and Asset Management for Growth and Resilience Operation (PIM Plus), under which the programme is supporting the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) to operationalize an integrated INVEST Uganda – Digital Investment Management System (DIMS).

The DIMS is designed as a single-window digital platform to facilitate both Domestic and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), streamline investor services, enhance inter-agency coordination, and strengthen data-driven decision-making. This is aligned with Government priorities on investment promotion, private sector development, and domestic revenue mobilisation, particularly within the ATMS (Agro-industrialization, Tourism, Minerals, and Oil & Gas) framework.

The Ministry requires the services of a qualified and experienced Investment Specialist to support implementation of activities under the Uganda Strengthening Public Investment and Asset Management for Growth and Resilience Operation (PIM Plus) at the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA).
