Legal Officer (02) at Pearl Bank

Pearl Bank is seeking two Legal Officers to provide internal legal counsel, review commercial contracts, and support the bank’s compliance framework. These officers will work directly under the corporate legal department to execute due diligence and mitigate institutional risk. Salary: Not Disclosed. Academic & Core Requirements:

• Academics: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and admission as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda.

• Experience: Demonstrated technical experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and banking compliance.
