Marketing Officers

Kray Microfinance Limited is looking for energetic Marketing Officers to promote its financial products and expand its client base across assigned territories in Iganga. This is a field-based role suited to individuals with a passion for community engagement and a drive to deliver results in the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Kray Microfinance products and services through active field marketing activities.
• Identify and onboard new clients within assigned territories.
• Plan and conduct community outreach and financial awareness campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention.
• Meet and exceed monthly client recruitment and sales targets.
• Provide support for basic administrative tasks as required by the branch.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and work effectively in the field.
