Parts Sales Executive

M-Forte is a leading automobile company in Uganda, and it is looking for a results-driven Parts Sales Executive to grow spare parts revenue while building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of trucks and buses with strong commercial skills to identify opportunities, fulfil customer needs, and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell spare parts and accessories to customers and workshops, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging existing customer profiles.
• Advise customers on the most suitable spare parts based on technical knowledge of trucks and buses.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant team.
• Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and parts availability.
• Collaborate with the service team to align parts sales with workshop requirements.
• Uphold professional standards consistent with company values and brand reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in parts sales.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and sales target achievement.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred; knowledge of heavy trucks and buses is a significant advantage.
• A proven client portfolio with solid professional recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and business development skills.
