People and Change Manager

Clarkson University is recruiting a People and Change Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across its human resources function. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the institution’s HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and priorities.
• Oversee the consistent and effective delivery of HR services across all departments.
• Manage the full recruitment and induction cycle, as well as succession planning processes to future-proof the organisation’s talent base.
• Administer rewards and remuneration frameworks to attract, motivate, and retain talent competitively.
• Lead the HR function day-to-day, setting direction and driving performance across the team.
• Build team capacity through structured learning initiatives, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in human resources management at a leadership level.
• Proven track record across HR strategy, service delivery, recruitment, rewards management, and team development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
