G7 Prime Limited is a dynamic construction company focused on quality building and commercial real estate delivery. The company is looking for a Plant and Equipment Coordinator to oversee the allocation, maintenance, and performance of all company assets — including machinery, vehicles, and tools — across project sites. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment and transfer of plant, machinery, vehicles, and equipment across sites to achieve optimal utilisation.
- Track equipment availability and performance, coordinating timely mobilisation and minimising downtime.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs to keep assets in reliable working condition.
- Keep accurate records of assets, maintenance history, fuel consumption, licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
- Supervise fleet operations, including vehicle roadworthiness checks and compliance with company transport policies.
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance expenditure, and operating costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all plant and equipment activities meet Health, Safety, Environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare management reports covering equipment utilisation, maintenance performance, asset condition, and operational costs.
- Coordinate drivers, operators, and mechanics to ensure smooth execution of plant and fleet activities.

- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in plant, fleet, stores, inventory, or materials management.
- Prior experience in construction, logistics, or operational environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong planning, coordination, record-keeping, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
