Plumber

Spectrum Real Estate Solutions Ltd is hiring a Plumber to help maintain quality, safety and comfort across the properties it manages. Location: Mama Africa Close, Old Kira Road, Ntinda.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Detect and fix leaks, blockages and pipe issues.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets safety and quality standards.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret building plans and plumbing layouts.
• Maintain tools, equipment and the work area in good condition.
• Work with the facilities/maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• Certificate in Plumbing or a related qualification.
• Good knowledge of pipe systems, fittings and plumbing codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
• Punctual, honest and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
