Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda, one of the country’s leading insurers, is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join as Insurance Sales Agents. This commission-based opportunity suits candidates who are passionate about helping people and businesses protect their financial futures through tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through personal networking and referrals.
• Promote and sell Jubilee Life Insurance’s product range to individuals and businesses.
• Educate prospects and clients on available insurance options and the value they provide.
• Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct client needs assessments and recommend plans that match each client’s circumstances.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Deliver excellent after-sales service and ongoing support to policyholders.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, activities, and sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE); higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
• Good networking and negotiation skills.
