Shift Quality Control (QC) Supervisor

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a Shift Quality Control (QC) Supervisor in Nakasongola.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift laboratory technicians, allocate daily testing and run shift handovers
• Verify Brix, carbonation, air levels and other parameters against specifications
• Authorise packaging line start-ups and release finished batches only after standards are met
• Log non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective action
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene and safety rules

Requirements

• BSc in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Biochemistry, Quality Management, Production Engineering or a related technical field; or a higher or ordinary diploma in a relevant science with supervisory experience
• Batch release and lab verification skills
• Beverage quality testing and precise measurement
• Shift team supervision
