Team Leader- Call Centre

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is hiring a Team Leader for its Call Centre in Bukoto, Kampala.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Telesales Officers to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coach staff daily and give developmental feedback
• Monitor and evaluate performance
• Help recruit, onboard and train Telesales Officers on product knowledge
• Maintain quality assurance tools and performance dashboards
• Drive customer satisfaction and lead team meetings; keep team discipline in line with policy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognised institution
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills
• Integrity and effective team leadership
• Knowledge of microfinance lending practices
