Territory Field Sales Representative

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a Territory Field Sales Representative who works routes across its sites in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, wholesalers, market outlets, kiosks and restaurants on planned daily routes to secure orders
• Check customer stock, discuss replenishment, introduce new products and encourage reorders
• Enter orders accurately into mobile sales apps or approved systems
• Follow cash handling and receipt procedures strictly
• Check on-shelf visibility and help stockists with basic merchandising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate or vocational business qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or related fields; UACE or UCE school leavers are also eligible
• Persuasive communication and customer relationship skills
• Basic numeracy and disciplined cash handling
• Competence with mobile sales applications
