Training Manager

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is hiring a Training Manager in Kampala to run training and sales agent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out the annual training calendar
• Lead Sales Agent recruitment and retention initiatives
• Lead onboarding, induction and continuous learning programmes
• Run training needs assessments and Training of Trainers programmes for managers, team leaders and heads of department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Certification in Training of Trainers (TOT)
• Skills in training content development, report writing, coaching and stakeholder management
