FINCA Uganda, part of the FINCA Impact Finance network, is looking for Direct Sales Representatives in Kampala. You will win new savings and loan customers through direct selling and product campaigns, making sure customers are well informed about the products on offer. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, market and cross-sell FINCA products to potential clients using approved promotional tools.
- Help train customers on FINCA Uganda services and products.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Carry out cold calling and door-to-door sales.
- Analyse the potential of your territory and track sales and progress reports.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints following the complaints management process.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education and any business-related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Good organisational, problem-solving, multitasking and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A professional appearance and manner.
- Fluency in English and one or two local languages.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
