NFT Consult is hiring a Receptionist in Kampala to handle customer enquiries and follow-up calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to check customer satisfaction
- Build internal and external relationships to support information sharing
- Keep the customer database accurate and complete
- Answer customer enquiries promptly, forward requests to other departments and escalate to the supervisor where needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another business-related discipline
- Experience as a customer service representative in a call centre or similar busy environment
- Credit in Mathematics and English at O-Level is a must
- Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills
