Alien Skin Served Eviction Notice Over Shs36M in Rent Arrears

Alien Skin has been served an eviction notice over Shs36 million in unpaid rent, and the Fangone Forest boss has until late November to pay up or pack up.
Both MBU and Sqoop have the notice, dated October 26. Sqoop says the Shs36 million covers rent and water bills. MBU says it has piled up over the past 12 months.
The Crew House
This isn’t a flat. It’s the upscale Sempa Zone residence in Makindye that Alien Skin took in December 2025 and turned into the Fangone Forest base.
So if the landlord follows through, it isn’t one singer looking for a new address. It’s a whole camp.
Do the Math
Shs36 million over 12 months works out to roughly Shs3 million a month that allegedly never landed. That’s a long time to let a tab run, and the notice says the landlord is done waiting.
MBU has the deadline at November 26, with legal action threatened if the balance isn’t cleared. Alien Skin hasn’t responded publicly to either report.
Why It Stings
Alien Skin sells a big-man image: the boss, the crew, the forest. A notice taped to the gate is the opposite of that poster.
Rent arrears are also exactly the kind of thing promoters and brand managers quietly note before signing anyone to a campaign. Bold move to let it run a year.
The notice names him by his real name, Patrick Mulwana, and treats him like any other tenant. No stage name, no crew chant, no special treatment.
Two Deadlines, One Direction
The reports don’t line up perfectly. Sqoop calls it a 30-day notice and says the tenancy is being terminated. MBU says he was given 20 days to clear the balance, with the vacate date at November 26.
Either way, the calendar ends in late November. Pay the full amount and the house stays. Don’t, and the landlord has said further legal action is on the table, per MBU.
Silence from the singer so far. In Kampala showbiz, silence usually lasts until someone posts a video.
November 26. One landlord. One crew. One very big cheque to find.
